The terms and conditions apply when registering via the registration form on this website. All participation options are listed together with the prices. Information about the items is presented in the registration form and on the other web pages.
All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this website from January 2024 until September 2024.
Payments can be made:
- via bank transfer after receiving the invoice - any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the conference participants;
- by credit card, available for Visa and Mastercard users (there is no additional fee); all payments via credit card are processed by EveryPay;
- or an Estonian direct bank link (bank charges may apply based on the service provider) via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, or Pocopay (all payments are processed by EveryPay).
The payment deadline is 10 days from submitting the registration form, the dates are also marked on the invoice.
Payment providers via EveryPay in different countries are:
- Estonia (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay, Revolut)
- Latvia (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Revolut)
- Lithuania (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas, Revolut)
- Finland (Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki, Revolut)
- All other countries have the possibility to pay by credit card
Participation in the EurBee 10 is subject to a fee. Please fill in all compulsory fields and make the selections about your participation. At the end of the form, you will see the total sum of your selections. You can then preview your form and submit the registration, then make a selection between payment by credit card or Estonian bank link or to receive an invoice. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will get the invoice via e-mail within an hour after registering. If you choose online payment, you will be directed to the website of the online payment service provider EveryPay and the invoice will be sent to you automatically after successful payment. We can only accept euro payments.
Publicon OÜ is the processor of personal data.
Registration to the events and social events is binding for the participant. The registration is confirmed when the payment has been received. The fees are to be paid in advance, payment options will become available after successful online registration.
Some registration selections might have limits - this is marked next to the item or if it is full, the choice will not be active anymore. You can only make selections where there is still availability. If there is an error with the system, we will notify registrants as soon as possible and refund money for the selections that are no longer available within 14 days.

After filling in the registration form, an automatically generated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address inserted in the form free of charge. The e-mail contains a PDF link with the registration data which can be downloaded and serves as a written confirmation. If you choose payment by bank transfer, the invoice will be sent after a successful registration. If you choose payment by credit card or bank link, the invoice will be sent after successful payment.
Please note: When registering for the early fee, the payment by bank transfer must be completed by the end of the early bird registration fee deadline. Otherwise, the higher fee automatically applies for the registration, and you will receive a new invoice from Delegate Services. The late fee must be paid in full prior to the conference, or the participant will be required to pay the higher on-site fee in cash or by credit card at the registration desk.
If you notice a mistake in your registration data, please contact Delegate Services at your earliest convenience. If you need some information on the invoice to be changed (e.g. some registration items to be added, a VAT number to be added, or the payment deadline extended), please contact Delegate Services.

Cancellation with a full refund is possible until 15 June 2024 - minus an administration fee of 50€. After 15 June 2024, no refunds will be made for any cancellations. Any changes to the registration and all cancellations must be communicated to Delegate Services via e-mail at email@example.com. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, e-mail address, the amount paid, and bank details. Name changes are free of charge. All refunds will be processed within two weeks after the event.
We recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for your registration fee, hotel, and airline booking. This is often included with credit card transactions, but check your own policy for details. Please also ensure that you have appropriate health insurance coverage. Please check beforehand if you need a visa for the country where the event is held and inform yourself about the visa application procedures and the time needed for processing a visa application.
In the case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, strikes, epidemics, etc.) or any other major events that are beyond the control of the party in question such as governmental or other restrictions, Publicon PCO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations. Publicon PCO and the organising committee reserve the right to cancel or postpone the symposium, which will bring about a revision of the registration terms&conditions and cancellation terms. The organisers reserve the right not to refund participation fees in full in order to cover organising costs, the proportion of the refund (if at all) will be deliberated by the organisers based on the force majeure situation. All registrants will be notified about updates via e-mail after such decisions have been made by the organising committee. The organisers will not be liable for any costs or damage that might befall the participant in relation to the event being cancelled or postponed or taking place in a decreased capacity.
Processing personal data
Delegate Services will process the personal data (such as the name, phone number, address, and e-mail address) inserted into the registration form only in relation to the registration to this event.
